We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

Custom Orders:
All custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once work has begun.
